Lotus Leadz builds done-for-you outbound systems for B2B companies. This policy explains what data we collect through lotusleadz.com, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

Site analytics. With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity and a lightweight first-party analytics script (served from /~flock.js and reported through /~api/analytics) to see which pages are visited, how visitors move through the site, and which devices and browsers are used. Microsoft Clarity may also record anonymised session replays and heatmaps of page interactions. These tools do not ask for your name or email, and we do not use them to identify you personally.

Information you send us. If you fill in a form on this site, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, company, website, and any message or phone number you choose to provide.

Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard request data, such as your IP address and browser type, as a necessary part of serving the site securely.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that make this site work: our hosting provider, Microsoft Clarity for analytics, and our email provider for delivering form notifications.

Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to follow up on your enquiry and for our business records. Analytics data is retained according to the provider's standard retention periods.
